Amlesh Kumar

Amlesh Kumar is a seasoned Private Banking professional with over two decades of experience across leading financial institutions. In his last corporate role, he served as State Head for Axis Bank's Burgundy channel in Odisha, leading the Affluent and NRI banking segment and managing a Total Relationship Value of over ₹1,000 Cr across 750+ HNI and UHNI families. His earlier career included key leadership roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Citibank, and ICICI Bank, where he contributed to expanding HNI/UHNI client bases and managing cross-functional banking strategies.

Debidatta Dash

Debidatta Dash is a seasoned investment professional with over 20 years of experience spanning the manufacturing, distribution, and advisory sides of the financial services industry. He has held leadership roles at Axis Bank (Wealth Management Specialist, managing ~₹400 Cr AUM for UHNI and HNI clients), ICICI Securities (Regional Product Manager, leading 70 Relationship Managers across 14 branches in Eastern India), and spent over 12 years on the manufacturing side with Nippon India Mutual Fund and Kotak Mutual Fund, giving him a rare 360-degree perspective on financial products, markets, and investor behaviour.
